This Snowman Twirl Skirt is made from Red Corduroy, with a candy cane ruffle and a Festive printed ruffle with matching candy cane, Santa, Snowflake BLocks.
Removable straps in the same red corduroy can be adjusted for different sizes.
A 100% white cotton shirt size 3T has a removable Snowman is included. The snowman has a red corduroy hat trimmed with the same candy cane accent. The skirt waist is elastic and measures 20" unstretched, and 28 stretched. The length of the skirt is 13". Straps measure 29" in length and can be adjusted for custom fit.
